The process to forward emails from Gmail is a simple one, but one you might not have known about. Once done, all email sent to your Gmail account will be received by whatever account you forward it to. Please only use school sanctioned email addresses for work related emails. 


Step 1: Go to Gmail.com and log into your Harker Gmail account. Your Google Harker account will look something like JohnD@staff.harker.org and should use the same password as your other accounts.


Step 2: Once logged into your account you will be looking for the settings cog, which looks like the one below, and click on settings from the drop down menu that appears. 


Step 3: Once in settings you will see multiple tabs, click on the one that says Forwarding and POP/IMAP. This will bring you to a menu that has a few different options. Click on Add a forwarding address to continue. 


Step 4: Enter your Harker email when asked, this should be your Outlook email address. Once added, a window will pop up asking if you want to add this as a forwarding account, click proceed. 


Step 5: Make sure you click the circle after you add the account to enable the forwarding. From this point on all emails sent to your Gmail should for automatically forwarded to you Outlook account.
