The Printing toolbar on a Mac must be customized if you are trying to add a Harker printer to a personally-owned Mac.
1. Open System Preferences
2. Click on Printers & Scanners (Print & Scan)
a. Click on the lock (if there at the bottom left hand side) to unlock.
i. Type Administrator username and password.
b. Click on the Plus at the bottom of the Printers left side bar
3. Control-click on a gray area in the menu bar area (Default IP Windows area)
a. Select Customize Toolbar
b. Drag the Advanced Cog icon next to Windows in the Toolbar
c. Click on Done
