Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window

Reinstalling office or chaging the data files location will not fix this. Do the following;

Start->run..then type the following -> Outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Don't forget the space between exe and the /.

When you restart Outlook, it will bring up the new user window. Add like any new user.
