Troubleshooting Invisible Students:

  1. If all students are invisible, it is likely that you need to enter the password again.
  2. Make sure the student is signed in to the correct Harker account.
  3. Make sure any student VPN or Firewall software is not blocking LanSchool.
  4. Have students try multiple browsers to see if any are blocking LanSchool.
  5. Have students reboot their laptop.  Many times they have not done this in many days/weeks.
  6. Try rebooting your own laptop.

Still have invisible students?

  • If you continue to have one or two students not appearing, then have them go to the Help Desk for further investigation.
