Troubleshooting Invisible Students:
- If all students are invisible, it is likely that you need to enter the password again.
- Make sure the student is signed in to the correct Harker account.
- Make sure any student VPN or Firewall software is not blocking LanSchool.
- Have students try multiple browsers to see if any are blocking LanSchool.
- Have students reboot their laptop. Many times they have not done this in many days/weeks.
- Try rebooting your own laptop.
- If you continue to have one or two students not appearing, then have them go to the Help Desk for further investigation.
