As of January 2014, the output print features of Preview are unavailable with some printers. A solid line will be shown through any feature that is not available. The work around is to choose the last item on the list, Printer Features and find the feature you want to use in the Finishing Options list.
As an example, on the Konica Minolta BizHub 654, almost all of the output features are unable. To print double-sided:
1. From the Print Menu, under Preview, select Printer Features
2. Click on the Finishing Options and see what is offered for each one until you find what you need.
3. Finishing Option 2 allows double-sided printing. Click on Print.
