Q: Can you reorder the list of classes in the upper right corner of the Teacher Portal?
    A: Not at this time
Q: Will effort and citizenship show up in here as well?
    A: In Reported Marks area (also used for exams)
Q: Can I enter period attendance to keep records for myself?
    A: Not outside the Upper School
Q: For emailing parents, have we covered our bases if we just select "household email"?
    A: No. Please select all the parent emails. We assume they wouldn't have provided them if they didn't want us to use them. We are working on having the default be to have them all checked and just uncheck those you don't want to use
Q: What is the exclude drop option in categories?
    A: It applies to PCR's drop box feature that we are not implementing at this time
Q: Why does my list of classes show 4 of the 5 classes twice?
    A: Year long classes show each semester. We are asking to have them only show in the relevant marking periods in the Assessment Editor
Q: For Art should I use project or classwork category? 
    A: Generally Project implies work outside of class with possible in class. Classwork implies only in class
Q: What does the 1,2,3,4 refer to by drop down menu for class? 
    A: Marking Period
Q: How can I get the project category to come up first when adding new assignment and to show only this semester?
    A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the order at this time
Q: For areas where you need to select a class, like assignments or categories can there be a select all check box for those of us with a long list of courses.
    A: We have entered that as a feature request
Q: Where would we upload the class agenda? (In HHMS we had a separate box for class agenda and class homework assignments.)
    A: the class agenda could be ungraded Classwork Assessment or you could create an unweighted category
Q: Will teachers be able to see a "hidden" test or assignment from other teachers?
    A: Tests will appear on the teacher view of the test calendar whether hidden or not
Q: How can I see another teacher's assignments
    A: We're working on how teachers could see other teachers assignments
Q: How do I email a group of students, and copy parents, not in my class? For example, cast or crew of a show?
    A: See new Div. Students area – Group search coming soon
Q: What is Evaluation Weight?
    A: All evaluations in a category are compiled based on weight rather than number of points. Not recommended for most users
Q: The pop out of the gradebook - is that similar to looking at the Gradebook in Quick Marks?
    A: Yes, it's called the Clean Grade Book view
Q: Why do I have to go back to log into PCR through the main Harker website when I time out?
    A: We're doing this to provide the security of single sign on
Q: How do I access last year's grades /comments/report cards
    A: Grades, tech ticket.
