User is unable to create a signature, or add fonts, in Outlook.
The fix is:
1. Close all Office applications on the computer.
2. Click on the 4-window pane icon (usually in the lower left hand corner).
3. Type Word
a. There should be two programs listed. One is the desktop version Word 2016, the second is listed as Word.
b. Right-click on the second program entitled Word and choose uninstall.
4. Type Excel in the Search box
a. You should notice that there are two programs listed. One is the desktop version Excel 2016, the second is listed as Excel. If there isn’t a second Excel listed, continue to step 3.
b. Right-click on the second program entitled Excel and choose uninstall.
5. Type Powerpoint in the Search box
a. If there is a second Powerpoint program listed as just the word Powerpoint, Right-click on the second program entitled as Powerpoint and choose uninstall.
6. Type Outlook in the Search box
a. There should be two programs listed. One is the desktop version Outlook 2016, the second is listed as Outlook.
b. Right-click on the second program entitled Outlook and choose uninstall.
7. Open Outlook
a. Click on File in the menu bar
b. Click on Options from the next screen.
